I may be terribly wrong on this but we should have > 64 separate country leagues right now. Meaning it's remotely possible to have > 128 teams qualified (different league and cup winner). It should not be a problem with the Swiss draw, just saying keep that in mind too.

Only 62 actually. The micronations merger covered a lot of countries.

In the unlikely event of a different B3 and BBM winner too that makes 126. Might still go slightly over once former champions of sufficient ranking are added, but when you add it all up the chances of having a 128+ team bracket before at-large berths are slim to none.

What about B3 prediction?

B3 Announcement

Starting in Season 56... B3 will adopt a similar format to BBM.
- Neutral site games
- Swiss weekly draw (7 rounds)
- 128 teams (64 team bracket)
- Same qualification requirements as the current B3
- Remaining spots to reach 128 teams will be filled using World Rank from the pool of Cup, D.I, B3, and BBM T.1 runner ups.
