well, I don't know if you looked at other teams, but it doesn't look that bad to me. You can't expect that even if your playes have high skills they will score every shot.

Also there are defenders. If in your league the other teams have a lot of good defenders, they'll keep you from scoring much as well.

Your playes are balanced, and so is the result of your amount of assists, you don't have an exceeding amount, yet you don't have few either. I think many teams don't get 15 assists averaged each game...

I didn't mention this before, but let's asume a team with a PG with very high passing and low scoring skills, and the other players have low passing and high scoring skills. That team will get many assists, since the PG will almost pass every time and shoot seldom himself, while the receiving player won't pass the ball but try to score himself.
Don't forget that if you pass the ball, but the receiver doesn't score it, no assist is given, no matter how good the passing skills of the players.

They are not your friends; they dispise you. I am the only one you can count on. Trust me.

The only thing the good offensive flow has given me was only 6 Turnovers per game.
18.7 assists is not very bad, but most teams in my league get more assists.

well then they probably have some players who are less good at scoring then yours.

Every team gets turnovers, no matter how high the offensive flow. Much also depends on the tactics of your opponents, if they play pressure a lot, then you can expect even more then 6 turnovers each game, unless they chose this tactic unwisely.
