Yes, a balanced roster would be preferable to me, too. But since I'm mainly training players for the Korean NT, this doesn't go well together. And I didn't try very hard to stay in div II last season because I didn't want to overspend too much money. But I didn't anticipate to have one of the best BB-managers in my group who also wants to promote. And I guess the competition in div III is way higher in Utopia than it is in germanys div III. (Wasn't always the case, I can still remember when we even had great competition in div IV ... but that was some 50+ seasons ago ...)

So we'll see. I wouldn't mind selling my one korean guy since I can't train him any more except for 2pos-training. And his build is a compromise anyway (but still ok for now). Only thing is: he needs to be bought by someone who keeps him in perfect GS for the NT. And it's usually hard for me to let go of old players, I guess I'm to sentimental for the game sometimes ;)

Easy season for you then with two teams that are 6-0 plus Criminals that has sold all the roster. Time to train and save money!!

That has never happened to me. I believe that, in general, if you have a chance against the conference winner, it is because he has sold some players or because you've spent too much during the season, and therefore, your team is too strong to have only made the third or fourth position.

I think finishing 4th-5th should be equal to making at least 2.5m-3m in that season.

Definitely! With a lvl4 coach of 15k salary or a lvl5 coach of 20-25k salary, plus some Cup and BBM wins, you can easily make 2.5-3m in a season. And if you buy cheap, train well, and sell expensive, you can also make 1-1.5m in the market and reach 3.5-4.5m in a season overall.

Or at least this has always been my recipe in every season I did not try to promote to a higher league!

True, sometimes i wish i wouldn't train these Israeli HoF and be able to train these ridiculous SB bigs for 2 seasons and make bank haha.

Our hands are tied with these local HoFs, and we are tied with at least level 6-7 trainer

Haha, I‘ve got the same problem with those HoFers. And actually don‘t make any profit at all. But I can‘t just sell those HoFers and not continue training them, even if that would be more profitable… 😉 So I‘ll just try to stay alive and don‘t get bankrupt too soon 😀
