Ok so at least we can have some conversation here :)

For me I am looking forward to rebuild my team with some young players and than try to avoid being relegated, but this should be really hard for me. Than i will try to raise my arena capacity, so if i have to go again to Dlll, i should have a strong roster in which i don't have to invest in order to promote again, and than i can only focus on building my arena :)

Well, i have to say that this first week was quite interesting for me... Despite having loss one of my starter and having trained one of my very young player, i ve lost after OT against the second strongest team of our division with less enthousiasm.... I was wondering wether i needed to buy one or two more players but now i Known that even if i keep training my players, i can defeinitly finish 3rd or 4th...

It's quite funny to see that since the begining of the season, only the Rainmakers played against me TIE...
Well, without the cup, we will see how those teams will andle their enthousisam...

This season I'm having trouble keeping my minutes in check for my starting five. Last weeks I've been playing descent teams in the cup and couldn't mix up my lineup to give my starters a rest. Couldn't take it easy on enthusiasm either. I think this is going to bite me in the ass later on in the season. Ah well, we'll see.

Through an entire season it s the most difficult things.... Managing the enthousiasm and the time played... Spoting the games you decide to drop is never easy but in the end, it s the most important things.

I hope at least too more games each but we will see... I dont know the number of teams involved in the cup but they have added a fifth division some time ago so we start and finish the cup games in the same times has other countries despite the fact that we have less player in belgium than in some bigger countries... This is the reason why we have a 5th division with only bots.

When i restarted 4 seasons ago with my team they told Belgium leagues would be a big challenge compared to other countries.
What i learned in this 4 seasons is that this is really the case but it is not due to good managers. In my opinion Belgium has a lot of bad managers, they are just looking forward to climb up fast, and forget to build the fundament of their team, no young trainees, no big arenas. Many guys dont save the money to become better but just buy immediately high salary players, by the consequence that they will immediately drop the division again.
You all think now this is exactly what is happening to me, but if you look despite being last and have no chances to stay in this league i have the 7th biggest arena ,15080 seats, and i will only try to compete in this league when my arena seize is about 18k
What i want to say, except Bradok there are few teams which can play in the 1st division because they have a big of lack experience, and if you guys want to compete in there you should start building a big arena and start training young guys

I see what you mean. I'm trying to take it easy and I still have no immediate goals to reach the top league. But for the moment I have focused on building up my arena and didn't really invest in young talent. My players are decent, but getting old. By the end of the season I should be in a position to actually buy some nice rookies, I hope. My latest drafts have been quite disastrous ;)
