Hmmm...if you want to really train him, I'd think that a least a season of JS training is needed. Then think about whether you want him to be a PG or SG or SF. I'd think that he'll be a good SF though, if trained properly. But you'll need to single position train him (not JS, as there is no single position training).

You can train him if he is your draft pick and you are really keen. But you can get a much better player for less than $100,000 that will help your team in both the long and short terms.

thanks for the replys guys, much appreciated! but i sold him, didnt fit in with the team, got in a fight with my key player the first practice ;)
