Immediately? Because if i were to TIE and then play a normal and then a TIE immediately after, it should stay that same then go up another level after the 2nd TIE yes? (i realise there are probably sub levels of enthusiam though that might not show)

yes, i dont know the exact timespam till it drops again, but at least if its back to normal it should have some sub.

depending on what effort you use in your games, your enthusiasm will go up and down...mine has ranged from 2 at the end of last season, to 11 right now... does that help?

for example if I play TIE and E pops from 5 to 7, then again I play TIE and E pops to 9, next time when I play TIE with aprox E 9-10 it would be eqaul to normal? and Do players TIE with E of 8 play better than TIE with E 5???

i saw 13 once (but never played above 10). With 3 games per week it might go even higher

yes you can win by TIE but be prepared for the unexpected as a loss might occur if you dividein quality between the teams isnt as big as it needs to be....

having said that you can always cheer yourself up knowing you are not alone or try and justify to the rest of the community that you were just unlucky (14900.1)
