The first link you have is for a game that is playing look inside not low post.
Also, the last link you have is for a game that doesn't involve your team (the man to man link).
Pretty sure you have accidentally linked something wrong here :P

Thanks for the information.
Well the reason I was considering a 1-3-1 zone is because I am clearly superior in rebounding, and he is not very good offensively on the inside. But he has decent outside scoring, so am I better of playing a 3-2 zone? I am, in my opinion, a far superior team to the team I am playing. And I am probably going to win regardless of what defence I play, but I was thinking of trying out the 1-3-1 zone just to see if it is better against a Run and Gun. What do you think?

At a div 3 level what do you consider good passing for inside tactics? Do I need better passing for Low post than look inside? My SF, PF and C have good IS. My guards do not have good IS. Passing levels of guards and SF are ranging from 1 strong to 1 mediocre with 1 average and 1 respectable as well. Is that high enough passing?

yo check out my last game naker .

i ran a 1-3-1 / look inside against a team which im far better then but they have 2 pure shooters.

i still won the rebounding quite easily, and his main shooters while they scored a butt load i did cause them to shoot worse then they do in almost all of the previous games this season. (note i also took it easy)

my question to you would be if your going to run a 1-3-1 whats your pf's outside def like?
if its not good your prob better sticking to 3-2.

hopefully this post gave you some insight

Hey,
My powerforward OD is only on mediocre, so nothing great.
I'll probably just stick to a 3-2 zone because I am almost certain I will win playing this, and I will try the 1-3-1 zone in PL matches.
Thanks

In most other defenses the SG weighs heavily on outside defense and the PG and SF only moderately.

What are you basing this on? I thought the PG would be weighed just as heavily as the SG is, maybe even better. (i agree on SF though)
