Sure. Even if the other teams are human, if they don´t invest so much it´s interesting to do it, last draft the team who promoted in my league got 2 great players because the rest managers we invested $5,000/week while he spent more, and he got more and better information. Last two seasons i didn´t believe at draft system, but if my rivals are not gonna scout i´m gonna try to get a minimal advantage. If your economy allows you to invest in scouting it could be an interesting spent. Anyway, it´s possible you to get 3 bad players and think about stop scouting anymore. But i think it´s a good idea taking the risk.
