Its better if u switch it round though players don't like training the whole season on 1 skill.
Absolutely.
Training one skill for an entire season is a recipe for slow training.

I think is better to train 2-3 weeks of OD, switch to pas, then to 1vs1 .... and so forth , than to train 1 skill for an entire season

and forget about the ID training or do it it early, later you ahd a strong guard who didn't use it training when you play there ...
Currently you could do it, bec<ause he is on must position relativ week and if he play out of position he didn't loose that much.

After lots of experiment with training my conclusion is that the best way to train (1 or 2 position doesnt matter), is to change a training skill when all of u r trainees got a pop up on the certain skill that u r train. About the question, my answer is OD is essential, so focus for some time on that
