To be fair, we can’t really judge candidates on past managers. Sahand has his history, he even had a blowup in that season’s debate thread against the then U21 manager.

As I see it there is no best candidate. The job is a ridiculous one lol.

The manager will be judged on the superficial (teams performance) but it seems to me the more important issue is talent development. Concerning since no manager has done more than one term uninterrupted since Magiker I believe. And with each new/different manager comes a different philosophy and regime.

More than anything the community needs to elect a manager they will keep for a second term, even if the team results aren’t up to par (World’s Gold can’t be the only barometer cmon now lol) but that manager also will have to communicate on this forum (offsite is dead, many do not have supporter, I’m not aware on the numbers of those on discord but you won’t attract that many newer members and generate NT interest if the forum isn’t used) the current state of the team and the outlook.

Germany does a good job of this but Bob did work with Sahand I believe.

I am not the one arguing I am actually trying to have a conversation with him but his sense of humor and lack of knowledge in the game blocks that.

Have a conversation in B.B. mail. Not on the forums.

And if you use a forum for random convos, use the appropriate forums.

I think the ones without establishment ties are the least biased and more opiniated than the country club girl scouts. But are they good for the national team for the whole. I say that as a foreign manager I would at least want a proven track record of success before even competing with these guys. Taking Sahand was a step in the right direction and it said that we are tired of the same old cookie cutter approach.

Buzzerbeater mail was implied but it keeps going off rails for some reason I don't know.
