i'll pick that profile pic u got there first. LOL

but regarding your question, i'll defintely get the 5/5, A, 19 yr old. he would be worth heaps on the transferlist.

the 18 yr old u might want to consider if he can fit into your long term training plans.

but for me, the 19 yr old.

What would you do?

1) PF, 5, A+, 3 potential 18
2)PG, 4, B+, 4 potential 18
3) PG, 5 A-, 3 potential, 18

WHo would you pick first?

Option 2 because of the higher potential. Next choice would depend if you want a forward or guard although the A+ grade looks appealing on the PF.

Here are my 5-stars

PF - 5/3 - A - 19
C - 5/unknown
C - 5/unknown
C - 5/unknown
PG - 5/unknown

I'm focusing on big men training so I'll definitely pick the PG last out of all 5. I've ordered them in terms of boxscore performace, but I was wondering whether to bump the PF down to 4th and bet on one of those C's instead for better potential? (if I ever get to pick them anyway, I'll be ranked 14th)

Thing is, the statline on the PF really stands out among them:
24mins, 4/8 FG, 2/2 FT, 7 TR, 4 AST, 7 TO (ouch), 1 STL, 3 BLK, 2 PF, 10 PTS

I currently don't need any starters at PF/C though, just good trainees

And one more thing, I read that the highest salary on a 4-star guy is only about 4k. Is that true or has there been an adjustment?

Well personally i don't like the PF much at all. He is 19 for a start so has missed a year of training, he also has 3 potential which i would want to be higher if i was drafting a 19 year old. I would probably put all the 5 stars unknowns ahead even the guards and all of the 4 star unknown big men ahead. Thats just me though a 19 year old PF with star/allstar potential wouldn't be good enough for me to train so i would take a risk on other guys.

Player 3 first, then player 1, then the 5 star unknowns.
