first of all, this is depend of the fact what are you going to do with this player, to sell or to train him.
but I personally I would choose the second one, because he have 5 Potential Ball, this mean a MVP - All-time Great.even if he have 19 years old, you could sell him for a better price and also you could train him for a longer period of time.
the first one is 18 years old, but just a 3 potential ball, this mean- Starter-Allstar. even if he have better skills, he's potential it's lower comparing with the 19 years old player.

I agree to a certain extend...

If you want to train,pick the first...
If you want to sell,the second one will bring you a million or two if you are lucky...Then you buy your 18 yo trainee and you're ready ;)

my question is
i took over a team in mid to late nov
theres not enough time to scout everyone will i get any info on players that are left since im running out of time

the scouting report is already here!!
any scouting you do from now on will count for next season

you can wach your scouted players in Manage My Team -> scroll menu -> Edit Draft Order

Guys... what is your opinion for these players:

1. SG Rating Stars 5 but have no more information (no Potencial, no Rating Grade) BUT: He has played 27 min, and look out TC: 19-20 / TC3: 2-3 / TL: 8-9 / ROF: 0 / RT: 1 / ASI: 0 / PER:3 / ROB: 2 / TAP: 2 / FP: 4 / PTS= 48

2. SG Rating Stars 5 / Rating Grade A / Potencial 2 / Age 18... He has played 28 min
TC: 7-12 / TC3: 3-4 / TL: 7-10 / ROF: 1 / RT: 5 / ASI: 2 / PER:3 / ROB: 1 / TAP: 0 / FP: 3 / PTS= 24

3. C Rating Stars 5 / Rating Grade A+ / Potencial 4 / Age 19... He has played 40 min
TC: 5-13 / TC3: 0-2 / TL: 4-7 / ROF: 2 / RT: 8 / ASI: 1 / PER:5 / ROB: 3 / TAP: 2 / FP: 3 / PTS= 14

The choose that I have to make must be taken depending on my training plan or something else??? actually I am training Outside players, and more specific next season I will be training Dribbling, Passing and One to one.... so, I was thinking more on the first player...

What do you think guys??

Tough choice. I would choose the first guy over the second guy because 2 potential is a bit low for my liking. As for the third guyi think u could sell him for a good price if u got him. If it was me i would put the 3rd guy as number 1 then if u get him u can sell him and possiibly buy another outside player to train. Depends how much risk u want to take getting the first guy is risky as he could end up being a low potential 19 year old.

I just want to give an example, how random the boxscores are:

FG: 8-13 | 2-13
3Pt: 1-4 | 2-2
FT: 0-0 | 0-0
off. Reb: 1 | 5
Reb total: 2 | 9
Ass: 2 | 9
TO: 3 | 5
Steals: 2 | 0
PF: 0 | 0
Pts: 17 | 6

I postet this already in another thread, this is the same player scouted from two difference managers and the boxscore isn't very constant. Don't go for it, use it just a a tie breaker betwenn player with the same information. I would switch the draft order in your place.
