I missed your questions at some point, but I'll answer these for you now.
1) When Ramq want bot 3 seasons ago and I took over just because I got 2nd the election before, I hit the ground running with scouting and updating our database. Our depth chart/pipeline was over 3 seasons old and we had no idea where we stood. I spent 20 hours one week just adding and dropping players and updating our database. I have continued that process, constantly scouting at the end of seasons. Not to mention, the time analyzing upcoming games, and answering what seems to be 10-15 BB mails each day. Even as this election is going on, I continue to scout and update everything. Moving forward,my goal is to get even more involved from a scouting standpoint so that we can have more BB mails going out to potential NT prospect managers so that they can get better 1on1 mentoring.
2)Criticism is part of it. We could seriously go undefeated and won Worlds Gold and there will still be people criticising. This election has really opened my eyes in terms of what people expect vs. Reality. It really just motivates myself to prove them wrong.
3)Meh, accomplishments at a team level is different than NT level. Since I've only been NT manager for 2 seasons essentially, I would say the largest accomplishment was winning America's Gold while testing out the Princeton offense which was rarely ever used with our NT. Really was a fun season to watch.
4) Possibly. I've mentioned countless times that it comes down to GS. If our players don't maintain good GS (best players) then we don't stand a chance. But if they are on good GS most of the season then we will very well have a chance.
5)Tactic wise I don't want to say anything on-site since other countries might be reading. But ask on the off-site and I would be more than happy to discuss.
