Yeah I was happy to get a win over Hobos last night aswell.
Wasn't looking too good for a while there, but Gab Wall shot tremendously well even tho he fouled out. AGAIN haha
So did Daniel actually.

+1 as I do remember you being the only one who picked Camara, even I didn't back him.. Guess I underestimate his work horse ability :) Good luck guys for tonight, I am taking a massive risk tonight so hopefully I am still in the run for the GF afterwards.. :~

Well done to the ACT Blaze and Beasts Red. It is going to be a fantastic finals series and you both really deserve a chance to go to division II. Hopefully whoever misses out can make it in the next season or two. I am also impressed that you two, like most of the teams in this league, are doing it in what I consider the "right way" by training the future stars of your team and our nation. Great stuff guys and good luck.

Oh Skyhooks, forgot to mention on the skills of your trainee mate, I am amazed you have passing at prom let alone not far off OD as well, dude I think that is sensational (if you will) training, I presume you had each at about respectable when you started??

Well done Neebs and unlucky Hippos, what a game, thought the hippos had it until right near the finish. Luckily for me, unlucky for you Neeber was Be High injuring one of my starters in the first quarter, seems the bench played well in his stead but none the less thankfully in-game only... phew.. Look forward to our long enduring (3) game final series..

No offense but I still think HCA will get me through :D

HA, DR, PA were all respectable OD was ave.

13 pops for the season, which is my best effort, must have alot to do with new training system i think! Dang 2 points off the Hippo upset :( I really thought it would happen...

the relegation series tie at 1-1 and i think Towers and Bandits take control of the series. Looks like spartan will go bot..

and WTF? a new player taking over a div 3 bot team?? i havent seen that happen b4.. nice.. great chance for the new GM to make a few $$ b4 relegating!

Don't think so boys, surely that is premature, think about it.. Get 300K when you start, no roster, and they are all demoting. At this stage unless you are finals you are not making or spending any money.. It is good to see if there are DIII teams going to new franchises then BB must be filling the DIV teams in OZ right??

Congratulations Brett on an easy easy win, and Beasts you lucky bastard, barely scraped through.

interestingly both winners were favorites and both got smashed with early injuries.
Cal Moodie for the Blaze
Runcio for the beasts.
Both starters... just goes to show the great depth that both teams have to be able to hold on to a close win in Neebers case, and to continue to smash a weak opponent with a lower effort.

My money is, I think, pretty safely put on the blaze.

But i wish you both good luck. :)

Replacing botted teams goes through in a very specific and easily observable pattern. I have studied it a lot in India and it is the same in Australia. First rule is they wont replace botted teams in division I or II either. They start in division III.1 and move across the divisions one at a time replacing each bot with a new player. III.6 must have happened recently.

III.6 ol stars (196454) were created on 19/10.
III.6 patz kingz (196490) were created on 20/10.
then through the other divisions until the wave reached your league.
III.12 The Flexitones (38798) were created on 22/10.
now III.13 has a new team as well Aussie All Stars (38747) were created on 22/10.
Once III.16 is full the wave will sweep through division IV but I'm not sure what the trigger is to stop division IV and go back to III. Around IV.20 still has humans but around IV.30 it is all bots.

However doing it at this stage of the season is really bad. Most new teams don't stick and those division III bots would have been replaced by the most active and best division IV managers that didn't win their championship. On the other side if it was a team that was to be relegated it doesn't make much difference except instead of having a bot pick randomly in the draft you have a human who may drop in at the last minute and steal the best player in the draft. That is really bad for you guys.
