I saw the triple pop and can only wonder what next season's training would be like.
elastic effect would be off the charts
can't be good for salary management, but i'm sure you took that into account.

for records sake, do we have a youngest player to join the NT? (in starter/regular backup capacity)

I don't know if there was a player at age 20 or 21 who played a game for the NT (in Germany, we did that in season 7 or something. Some u21 players played the U21 final and then were released to play the NT final or something. But that was before I started playing BB). So it might be possible that there was a younger player than SB Kim, but I'm pretty sure that he joined the NT right away when he turned 22. Resulting in more than 200 games played

I might have use for him but steep price tag for a rental

Yeah. That's what I thought. This lousy point. Why can't we ever have a win in those close games. Against Japan. And now Iran. In the way more important game. With a victory, we might have had a very good shot at securing second place and therefore a trophy. Like this it looks like we'll miss out again. Not over yet and not impossible to still secure that #2 spot. But we need to win the next game (hard enough) AND lose by a close margin against Hong Kong (winning seems impossible).

It would have been so well deserved to finally get that trophy after so much work ... well, we'll just have to continue training our guys and build up a new generation. Still. VERY FRUSTRATING right now ....
