Let me help a competitor out 😉

Game Shape, the form your players are in. By getting them to play the right amount of minutes every week.

Drive, when you're making your line-up. Where you can put 'Take it easy' or 'extra motivated'.

Both make a huge difference in the play-offs. I do not know the exact terms in French or English though.

But I suppose that in L2, everyone knows how best to manage their own team's shape and motivation.

Sorry, I'm not very active on forums,
but many see me as a favorite.
I mainly train Button for England's National Team (I was able to buy him cheaply).
I don't have the team or the ambition to progress yet!
I'm afraid I don't have the team for that yet either.
We'll see how it goes ;-))

Do have to admit I am not convinced by the 'don't have the team for promotion' statement...
