I think your staff is way too expensive for the division you play in .
My salary for staff is 70k ,(a lvl 6 trainer, 4 doctor 5 PR manager),and I play in D1,you need cut down on salary I think.

You still have lots of things to do,like expanding your arena ,and to do that you need a lot of money.
My advice change your staff into a lvl 4 trainer and lvl 3 doctor/ PR manager,so you can save some money
because you gonna need it:)
Try to keep salary for your staff below 30k at all times..

because of utopia prices are higher for all staff, i was scouting staff for a couple of weeks before i got these guys, my trainer is a 4, my pr manager is a 3 and taking my doc from a 5 to level 3 will cost me a one time fee of about 40k (20k for the bonus and 20k for his salary) and save me about 8k a week

i think you should expand your arena and just deal with 1/2 trainers . once you get a good amount of seats then you do pr trainer.. It no point in doing 3 trainers leave one to the lowest level. same some revenue

Only two that should matter for you right now is pr manager and physical trainer. Build your arena around that. Basic doctor is good for long time. no need to waste funds on a over priced doctor. Unless your in a tough league.

You are paying far too much for a doctor. I just joined the game myself about 3 seasons ago, and I found staff is the biggest drain on your finances with only a small gain. I don't train, so I can't talk on the trainer. But even with a minimal doctor ($2,000) or basic with a specialty (approx $5000/week) your team should be ok with injuries, unless particularly unlucky. Plus, you are 3-8 right now and shouldn't be all that concerned with losing a guy to injury other than losing training time. By paying $20,000 + per week, rather than around 5,000, you are basically throwing away $165,000 dollars per season just to prevent a longer term injury that isn't even going to matter all that much to you. Even when/if you do start winning next year or in the future, you need to weigh the cost of that of all that money going to a doctor vs. just buying a replacement player off the transfer market for that short period to replace your injured guy, and then re selling him when your guy gets back. Or doing nothing and just sticking it out with your bench guys. If you are so concerned about the game screwing you in the playoffs, you can buy that expensive doctor just before playoff time, and still save a ton of money over just paying an expensive doctor year round.

Just my opinion and observations from playing the game.

thanks for the info, every time i look at the docs i think mine level 5 isnt too much of a differance then a level 4 or 3 in price he cost about as much as twice a level two, but that is right, if i just fire him i will pay only 2k per week, i have some good players im training that i dont want to get injured, so i will have to think about it, but thanks for the advice

If your doctor is primarily to prevent your trainees from getting injured, you are now essentially paying over $55,000 per week for training. About $600,000 per season. You have to decide how and where to spend your money, but you would get a lot more bang for your buck by saving that money, or some of that money, and having the ability to buy some really good, well rounded, already made players on the transfer market, that can rip up div IV.

i understand, but to me that the fun in these games is training players, and while i do wish there was a reward for it like say the players you train will play for you at 70% of there total salary or whatever, but my main two goals this season are to make my trainees better and not to be regulated
