I've been playing since S20 and have been stuck in the lowest active league of my club's country. A look at all the leagues in the division above me point that my current team would become a punching bag if I ever make it up. Every season a rich club with players many times better at every position gets relegated into my league, and then move back up. And at least a few other teams in my league have been playing since S3. I'm dirt poor, spend anything I earn on arena, and pay some coin to maintain a team that wouldn't make me quit the game. What's the point playing a game for months/years with scrubs getting kicked around just to farm money/tanking?

So...

I make a point religiously slowly build up an arena I'm sure will be useful some day

And with the tiny money I earn I pay a level 4 trainer so I at least have something to look forward to every week (pops!!!) and not just beating scrub teams... and later thrashed by the team that got relegated here. I know sooner or later my trainees will be good enough to play in the league above me.. and so before then I'll bide my time nurturing them... and figure out a way to surround them with a better cast once we make it out.

Signed,

the guy who's plotting world domination

Thanks so much for the advice! To be honest I hadn't been focusing on game shape and enthusiasm as much as I should have. These tips are great and I really appreciate it!

It's my first full season and I'm wondering what's the key to promotion? I'm not sure whether to focus my funding on arena expansion or player acquisition. I have three players with over 10,000 salary, but I don't know where to go from there. Should training be focused on an individual or is it better to switch around who is being trained each week? Thanks for the help!

That's a good plan. always remember skill's pay the bills. Money can take you to those levels but if don t know how use the skills. you'll be right back down like so many others .

Also sounds like your watching me lmao
