Fire the 1st and 3rd, but keep the 2nd. If you can make a decent SF/PF, he will make profit. I had a couple star potential players a couple seasons ago. Both of them had all but 1 decent secondary. I bought (21038334) for a measly 2k, and after ~2 seasons of training, he sold for 396k. He also had a training partner who I bought for a small 20k, then after 2 seasons of training, he sold for a little more than 553k. (I can't show him since he is currently on the TL, but look at my transfer page.) It's not always about potential. Secondaries are the key. Now, had I made them a typical big you usually see on the TL with bad secondaries, they would have probably sold for only 200k.

I was thinking about working in inside skills while my team is in the cup, and then focusing mainly in pressure training after that, maybe throwing in a one on one forwards in there a couple times as well.

I think this is a pretty good guard (but I want your opinion) this is about what my other 3 trainees started and have become fairly good. What are your thoughts?

If you want to focus on this guy the most, I would sell 1 of your older players. He has a good starting point. First I would get both his OD and PA to 9. Also, if his minutes for one-position training are under ~43, or if it is a 2-game week, JS would be a good idea.
