There is no way to tell until you see him. Height plays a big part but so does his skill set. He could be seen by most as not worth training with a couple of skills way off. But then if he has a good even skill set he could be worth bucket loads of cash.

It's also possible he'll have high rebound and that cost a lot on salary.

So the 5 ball skill rating is based purely off of salary? I had the impression it was calculated from their skill set, I guess they're closely related, but still.
