Not off topic at all,
That is the first thing I thought about and looked at.
And I believe is the root of the matter.
Is their a way of keeping skilled older players out of this mess?
Or is this game in some way penalizing you for keeping thoes skilled guys forcing you to go young?
And would it be safe to assume that you would need to spend TOP dollar for a doctor who can deal with older players?
