Yeah, most of my losses came under similar circumstances...at least within my conference. I started subs in many league games for training purposes. Next season's plan depends on the new faces in our conference. My trainees have another season or so before they're legit starters even in this league. Not too much of a point spending much on other positions until they are.

To be honest with you this season has been fun and all, but it was not nearly what I had hoped for. I was surprised at how many teams actually went bot in our league. And the forum activity was sub-par. I give thanks for those who did post in here though :) Anyway, the PO's should definitely be interesting, especially in the Big 8 where we have 4 good teams competing. As for the Great 8, we all pretty much know who's gonna win (Hoosier and laurenwood). I'm curious to see who wins that matchup...

My training has been very simple this season. Truong is already developed enough to start each game, Cascais makes a nice backup right now, and Fischer is a good backup SF who get's training in 1v1 weeks. Next season is going to be really interesting for me, for I'm going to have to make some decisions. Things would be a lot easier for me if i promoted this season, but I kinda doubt that's going to happen...

We lost one game because we started our subs and two games because of lower enthusiasm.

The Shadowcats picked up SF Damrong "Damn Wrong" Na Sakhonnakhon (6087522) and
SG Elbo "Macaroni" Raga (2829668).

We now have a pretty deep team although Raga is in mediocre game shape and I like our chances. Dwain Withers and Mesut Sinirli are arguably the best players in the league.

The Great 8 has not been as competitive as I would have liked but I look forward to challenging whoever the Big 8 winner is.

Yeah, Withers and Sinirli are great players, you really know what you're doing. How's it feel to have Withers on the U21? According to magiker Truong will probably be the backup C or PF next season for the team, that is if I do not sell him beforehand. Like I said, I'm going to have to make some key decisions next season, and I will really have to think about what my long term goals are. Anyway, these PO's should be a good one!

#3 The Beantown Bruisers @ #2 ETBU Tigers
#3 Hoosiers @ #2 Besekers

these are the toughest match ups in the first round. Relegation games won't be tough, winners a re obvious.

good luck to everyone.

Having Withers on the U21 Team is great! It's always great to see your player up there even if Withers is probably one of the worst players on the team. Truong is a beast and I'm sure he'll be amazing. Good luck with your decisions!

The Redding Bersekers are in terrible gameshape and the Demon Hoosiers should win. Most of the Demon Hoosiers key players are in respectable or above gameshape while the Redding Berserkers have only three players in gameshape above or at respectable. I would be surprised if the Demon Hoosiers didn't win.

The quarter finals are over! Here are the results:

Big 8:

The newbies owned the old timers in tonight's games, in which The Beantown Bruisers came up with a 109-98 victory over the ETBU Tigers (that's what you get for CTing in the regular season :D, jk), while the urbana champs pulled off a 92-71 victory over Royal Eagles SB. We N00BS know what's going on! The conference final will now be:

#3 The Beantown Bruisers @ #1 urbana champs

Great 8:

I don't think any of us are really surprised about the results here. The Chicago Shadowcats won their matchup against bensballas 120-75, and the Demon Hoosiers won against the Redding Beserkers 99-86. Nothing much to see here. The conference final will now be:

#3 Demon Hoosiers @ #1 Chicago Shadowcats

Discuss! :)

I had a potentially costly injury to my inside sub. I did get a little worried early on actually...it took until the 3rd to pull away. I risked a little by not CTing on the road. In the end, the ratings weren't that close.
