Scouting is supposed to be based on the leagues teams are in now, and I don't think div IV teams have been scouted yet

the player is from D III.13( my old League) I drafted him before demotion

That's what I'm trying to explain to you, scouting is not based on your old league, but your new league

How scouting is done is we look at the teams currently in, per example, III.13. Since you are not in that league your player hasnt been noted at that point. He will when someone will look through the Division IV leagues. We are not doing the scouting based on the Draft History of each league.

Ploije's Answer more specific :P but ya it makes sense then

Congratz Bballin on the election. Seeing as there is still all the div IV's to scout, thought I'd get it started with IV.1-4. Since there are only a few teams per league at this point, it's pretty easy to scout so I'll keep going with IV.5-12.
