I think that changing the training routines might be a good idea but the random factor of the cross training category makes absolutely no sense. The idea went sideways at some point.

I was in on that bid war. Lacroix is a lot like Wendon used to be. He would have gone nicely with my NT PG. But I also have other parts to buy if I want to get back up to Naismith soon.

The 67s told me to thank 'you' for bidding him over 4mill. Lucky I still have one SG/SF on my team...

If balanced players gets pop faster, then it will be great. I am also interested in seeing how this will change the elastic effect...

I'm in agreement with Chris and Paulo. I don't like the idea of primaries being slowed down in training at all, and secondaries being out of your control. This could've been implemented without those two factors imo.

or if anything, i wouldve actually liked the opposite, train my primary skill faster and forget about secondary skill pops for 1 position training

it is difficult to predict which unrelated skills will improve on a weekly basis.


I'm sorry but this sounds like random to me. If you can't predict the skills, then there is certainly a random component. I guess how much of a random component remains to be seen.

I do have to say that, it seems I was wrong in one sense. The poll in global has switched from a mostly negative slant to pretty much a dead heat. People seem to actually be accepting the change and in some cases embracing it.

So while I don't like it, many people do and it looks like it is going to be the BB reality. So if you can't beat em, join em. Or quit the game, i guess.

The skills improve incrementally, and pops occur when an unrelated sublevel is high enough to pop with a 10% or less increase. Sublevels impact salary and performance, so pops aren't very impactful beyond being cosmetic indicators of progress. There's not much randomness there to me?

If everything in BB was determined with hard mathematics, then why even play the games?
