Is that right? From my own experience, and I read this somewhere as well, stamina and free throws were trained at a standard speed, whether you have an up and coming 18 y.o. or a fat 40 y.o. with a beer belly! And as far as my team is concerned, I have had pops in ST and FT with the same frequency in all players

I might be wrong as well, I don't have a sample as big as yours. But even if there is a slowdown for older players, I would say it is less obvious than the slowdown in other skills, wouldn't you?

i wouldn't said anything about it because i know there are 2 type of trainers
either they do team training - stamina and ft, or they are focus on normal skills

team training got everybody trained, so a broder range of age can be sample

however normal training manger wouldn't waste training time on 26+ players , and there is unually 6 players trained(2 position)
the sample range and size is rather small and limited, the conclusion doesn't say much

I trained it for 2 straight weeks and half the players popped twice, so I would say 1,5 is a good estimate

my assumption 1-2week is only for young trainee and before respectibility

2 27yrs old player slow down in epit to about 4 week per pop

A sub level is the level BETWEEN each skill up. So like between respectable and strong there are sub-levels of respectable. In other words, a player isnt JUST what the skill level says. it can be like match ratings where it is Respectable (inept) for example or Respectable (Average).

Think of each Full skill level as a floor in a building and in order to get to the next floor you need to go up these stairs. A week of training gets you most of the way up but not entirely. Two -three weeks (depending on the skill you are training) gets you to the next floor and then some. However you only ever see when you reach each floor, not the stairs inbetween.

Makes sense?
