I've addressed this in both my speech and in another answer on this thread. I've acknowledged more should have been done from myself and what my schedule looks like for this term being in the lighter portion of the year. Even with my going "ghost", Nippon U21 always had a lineup set and had scrimmages every week as well. I understand your misgiving about how that all happened and yes, I should have done better to reach out. Can't change that now, but that's the explanation on the situation that, again, has been previously addressed.

I once had a team with 1757 players and was $25,835,360 in debt. This is not that team. Join the Discord group open to anyone, but especially for USA managers to improve your club or get involved with the U21 and NT programs (https://discord.gg/cKpNkt2).

What is your take on training U21 players that have HOF potential compared to Superstar potential? Do you have the players train the same or do you force more primary training on the superstar guy to benefit the U21 team more?

They are trained at the higher level and trained as the same as any other trainee. You would trained hall of fame players at a level 7 for faster results and no this is not a energy booster.

A lot of U21 teams have donkey bigs with high primaries and 1’s everywhere else. How do you feel about this? How might you exploit that?

I believe this is due to the misrepresentation era of information and that information should be kept to itself. The main ones are the national team farms that gave us the wrong piece of information. The real aspect of the Olympic level is to have the same type of player and have them all around

What is your take on outside offenses? What skills do you look at for outside offenses compared to inside offenses? What would be your ideal outside offense lineup?

We would have all around guys in all 5 positions doesn't matter then about higher salary. 4 guard lineup and a C

In your own opinion, how do you think the Game Engine works in regards to tactics? Specifically, I want to hear how you think a LI works compared to a RnG? For example, does the GE value passing as much as DR? Is JR useful in LI? Does IS matter in a RnG? What do you think?
Has a mind of its own.

Yes, those would be to start 21yo season.

What would be your training plans for them at age 21?
