I've got one (mostly) done. I would need to update the different percentage increase in salary as a function of trainer skill level.
Regardless of how you look at it, at the prices that some managers are willing to pay for trainers, it is almost always a money losing proposition. Maybe a break even tool could be helpful in taming some managers' willingness to pay premium dollars for trainers.
I have curved fitted prices paid per trainer level too (sample size isn't all that big). Someone should be able to take over to expand the sample size.
