Stuff like this should be automatic buy not a bid war. A basic trainer or level 2-3 should never be 250k$+ or more to buy sign or for a team.

Fortuntely, they aren't. Heck, level four guys with salaries under 15k routinely close with bids under 10k, at least every single time I've looked. Perhaps you're looking at the market for some other game with different rules. That would explain a lot.

Agian prove it wrong beyond words. low level trainer price are the same as top level buying and bidding and getting more expensive some jumping 300$ a week in the top level.

The percentages have been posted, I've posted the formula you could use to find out the salary in excel. Frankly, you're making this all up anyhow because you can't even see another team's staff to see what the increase was, so please stop trolling us.

Well it's that or I go back trying to beat my record on (http://gabrielecirulli.github.io/2048/). No pun intended with all the numbers, it's just the last mini-game to caught my attention two days ago.

I got 2464 my first try, is that good? :)

Someone should make an excell sheet or something to calculate it after x weeks and sum of total salary and things like that. Could be useful when evaluating trainer purchases.

Maybe it isn't datasheet but this tool is much better, it says if hiring new trainer is rentable or not, depending on salary and price of new trainer in comparition to salary of current trainer. Also it says when is the best week to change new trainer.

I've got one (mostly) done. I would need to update the different percentage increase in salary as a function of trainer skill level.

Regardless of how you look at it, at the prices that some managers are willing to pay for trainers, it is almost always a money losing proposition. Maybe a break even tool could be helpful in taming some managers' willingness to pay premium dollars for trainers.

I have curved fitted prices paid per trainer level too (sample size isn't all that big). Someone should be able to take over to expand the sample size.
