I find the players market scary nowadays. Some players worth barely 20k bucks last season are selling for above 300k. I see average trainees with poor secondaries selling for 500k or some well rounded but yet starter potential 25yo guards selling for 600k.

Has anybody else noticed this? It's definitely not a good time to buy.

The market's always like that. That's why, if you want to spend the time, you can make money from it.

Quite impressed with the Melbourne Demons' almost entire Aussie cast, and fairly good talent, too!

Wow, isn't that between Perth and Esperance, Brooksy?

My grandfather lives in Esperance and I used to visit on school holidays as a kid. I always remember the pink salt for some reason.

Actually, just googled Lake Grace and it's funny how the memory deceives. Or, rather, how it is unpredictable. I was right about where Lake Grace is but I have it confused with an actual lake near Esperance, a salt lake, that was always pink. The colour would fade over time once removed. In my memory Lake grace was the name for that actual lake. lol
