very difficult to do now the transfer market has stabilized and managers are wiser now.best way is train players and sell,increase stadium/attendance and get promoted.

There still overlooked bargain on TL. Better to keep or/and train than resell but you can get a decent (not top) trainee with only couple of thousands in cash.
