Can we get an announcement from a dev to detail what the plan is?

The integrity of the repechage is compromised and the Australians (and others) have been shafted.
We go TIE and end up losing and don't even get our increased enthusiasm. Israel CT'd Nigeria and now get a massive PD boost with no draw back. Does anyone think Israel needed to CT Nigeria? You could argue bug abuse but it's not really Alonso's fault for taking advantage of the situation.

The only solution is to replay the games.

Just to expand on this, Australia lost to Colombia despite being the clearly stronger team, enough so to overcome a Normal vs TIE in usual circumstances. Our manager had assumed the enthusiasm reset would arrive on time and hence saw no reason to stop scouting our player pool and let the enthusiasm rise like other teams might have. For the games to have gone ahead when they should've been postponed is a disaster for the National Team side of the game.

I seriously hope the BB's don't just sweep this under the rug like they do whenever the 'strictly follow depth chart' glitch is brought up...

This lack of communication is really disgusting. Also because it's offseason. So definetly someone (if Marin for instance is for example on vacation) should be responsible to guarantee that the service works. Or at least someone should ping Marin. And say here "Marin is on it".
Which can mean nothing but at least we know that someone is taking care of it.
Btw it was funny to see top teams crunching against Africans or Americans 🤣

Some crazy results for sure. I guess you guys may have had an ok time to check if the reset had occured just before lineup lockout? I stayed up as long as i could for it but crashed out as the game was at 1:30am our time. Had it been at a watchable time i may have been able to come up with a similar thought process as yours. My assumption was it would reset as it has every other season, before the first game as per the rules.

And it's definetly not your fault for this. You're 100% right to say that usually enth reset should take place on Sat. Not on Tuesday...

Yep, 24 hrs later, and the only thing that has happened which shows recognition of the error is the enthusiasm being reset... which is INCORRECT anyway since enthusiasm was used or saved last night was it not?

If you want my two cents, there were backlogs and the enth simply has been processed yesterday instead of Saturday following the standings update which was somehow blocking the other updates like private leagues and similar.
To me nobody manually ran the enth update. Nobody even noticed the issue...
