If you win, can you create a thread about U21 news and make some comments about rivals or matches?

Can we have a strong NT in the competitions, what do you think?

I´ve been thinking about creating 2 big threads: one for NT matches were we can make a kind of lotto around them or something like that, maybe a rival scouting too. And one more for you guys know about the present of U21 and their players. If you like it we can do more threads in the future about anything you want.

A strongly NT depends on many facts. I don´t think winning competitions have to be our primary goal now because we have a potential good team but not an actual good team, we need to build it up and for that, we need commitment of every member of our community. Following this, I think we can do have a strong team in about 2 seasons so next NT manager can dream about tournaments winnings.
In spite, we'll fight every match to win, and of course I'll try to do my best to win as much as our team can do. But as I said, think our primary goal is make solid basis for SGP U21.

For my point of views you still need experience. And you must focus and active in BB. You missed out new season scrimmage and your draftee missed 1 week training. In current you have more than 3 trainees that is really no good for talent trainee. And first game ATG trainee played 48mins in PF position. That mean I am worry about his training plan. Compare with Kwan he has 2PF superstar trainee and I hope they will upgrade like PJL. So in my opinion you didn’t build well your team yet and you didn’t plan well for your trainees how I believe to vote for you? How can I believe you can manage U21 talent trainee plan with other trainers? Just my opinion.

Wow, a foreign multi user, an inexperienced manager, and a returning player who hasn't touched the game in years. This is pretty exciting tho.

But yes Saung does have a point. Unless you have the luxury of having NT scouts to help you in tracking players, you're gonna be in charge of every single available SGP trainee, setting out training plans for them and making sure they hit a certain level by a certain period of time. Also you'd probably want to (for players with higher potential) be coordinating with him on the training regimes of 21 year olds to ensure they have a smooth transition into the NT.

It's not really that hard to learn, I think you'd be able to pick it up fairly quickly if you work hard enough, but you really need to invest your time and be dedicated. Especially for a micronation with only 20 active managers (gosh what happened to the player base?), there's almost no room for error.

This is not about my team but I can tell you a few things..

First of all, I'm really focused and active here, so focused that I realized before you, that one of the candidates is not who tells everyone he is. So, if you look at our future with same eyes you use to look at your rivals, maybe you need to be more focused too.

Also, you´re aware of the training plan of my team and judge it because you saw.. ONE MATCH?
You didn´t be that worried in lasts two seasons while we didn´t have any thread, comments, news, etc about our U21. You were NT manager too and what about it? Nothing.

You talk very much about experience and I think that´s not EVERYTHING. You took NT because of that (you said) but we don't know much about your results.. you are very active but still we have empty forums..

Again, I respect your opinion and disagree about it, but let´s the SG Community decide on this.

Experience is not a focus point on this election. Everyone here is consider a new manager. Kwan just started season 41, God Dam Bee season 42. Tampiness fusion even younger, season 43. If talk about experience and record, might as well vote for that italy guy?

Everyone can brag their history when they started BB how they come back here after years/season. To me, I really don't care. I based on BB record and believe what has mention in TEAM HISTORY section. If braging history helps, I can say I started in season 1, has win a B3 champ, created buzzer manager website and J-Lion is my childhood fren so I come to play. You get what I means do u?

Training forumla is never wrong so long have proven result. I myself sometime do train 48min for a player. Game manual does say this works too. Everyone has their own forumla of training a player to a NT level they like. Gamer like us likes to play BB is because we can grow a player to a style based on our own forumla to win game. Like some people likes to make a Leborn game type player than kawhi leonard player. A NT21 manager should understand from the other manager what kind of player they intend to make then from there mix and match into the team you need to win games.

For playing mutiple foreign account thing, I believe admin/Gm can take care of this matter. Too bad I won't know the deleted message and I not really wan to know full story. I myself do agasint playing mutiple foreign account thing. To my stand everyone is innocent till proven. For SHP, I can understand you want to help your friend or such but then this election is his not yours. You might have some secret tool for him but then if is not recongize by the community then he need to do some work for it.

My requirement for NT21 is this:
- I like manager who can commuicate with the community well. As a NT21 manager, your duty is at least check with them their plan and such. There are player not reside in SBBL as well.
- Provide update for upcoming matches or updates for adding new player is good. Like a real press conference or such can be fun for the community as well. I can understand we got our own life/commitment in outside world and might have no time for such. BUT do not stay radio silence for whole fishing season!
- Do not give up on low potiental player. I have seem (J-Lion) work with a manager to train a potenital 7 PF to be our NT 21 star player with 90k salary at the start of age 22. Some team really got bad luck in choosing player.
- Alot of work need to be done for new NT 21(everyone should know the reason). Some things will not be solve in one/two season. By the end of renewal of NT 21, we will watch your work and decide to believe you or not. At least do something. Do not just put your player in NT21 just because is good potential?
- Do not be selfish!!! I know that if your player get into NT squad your money increase. However, if your own player is not ready for big show then choose other people! Rewards should be given to other team who train hard for the player and can bring value to the team.
- Save fellow good potential from bot. Some team might go bot, if that happen do save them.

Lastly to those candidate, if you did not win or such, do work with the winner and such and continue work with the community. Who knows you can be the next NT 21 head coach? To Current NT coach SHP. no matter who win do work with him to save our NT.

PS: Do not ask me to join what trainer/scout/reporter for you. I play like a freelancer, if free will add news for the community. I am a bad trainer which need more practice.

Welcome to Sg community, J-Lion from last known is gone for his own life. I do feel he is back in one of the team. Not sure how long you have been missing but over the years BB do make some improvement on the training logic, arena, tactics logic. Make yourself at home and join them maybe in SBBL forum. since most of us is there making noise XD

Bro, you're right about something, the elected one would coordinate training plans for players who will be in the U21 and/or senior NT, that is a two-manager job and that´s why a good communication will be a MUST. Even if XP is low, can be replaced by a strong team job with coach and community.

I received an offer from a manager who really wants to cooperate with me, but I told him that would be great for SG if he keeps free to join the elected one. I´m pretty sure he will be such a big help for any of us.
We are just a few and we need to stick together to make a step ahead for SG NTs.

A NT21 manager should understand from the other manager what kind of player they intend to make then from there mix and match into the team you need to win games.

I wanna keep with this quote, it can´t be better. NT coaches doesn´t MAKE a training plan for a player who is not on your roster. He adds, helps, recommends, etc. Makes better what the owner do with his player in a context of his own team plan, and try to take advantage of that result for the NTs. This is a team game, not an NT game. First comes first.

And this one too. That's the key IMO, we need to make even more good coaches than good players, we're just a few and this will not have inmediate results, if we start now, results will be visible in 3, 4 or more seasons. So, we all need each other to build that up, a continuous job sustainable in time.
