Yes... Germany also didn't have an update yet ... so maybe they changed something and we just have to pay at the end of the season?

I think they'll run the update on some random time today later on. Bad for buying something and paying extra salary just because of this glitch, really not cool, BB - had to let go a few nice deals already.
