Wow! That is awesome! I haven't seen a player as good as this coming straight out of the draft. He looks like a PF,SF, but you can train him either way. I would personally train ID and OD, so he can play either way. If you choose PF, go ahead and train the 4 inside skills but keep an eye on the outside skills because everyone loves a big man who can move out and make a jump shot every now and then. If you train him SFly, then first do some outside skills and then a few inside skills. Basicly, get everything above a certain level. If you do that, then maybe he'll be a superstar for the 21yo team. I can't wait to see him in a few seasons.

Thanks guys. I have gotten some training plans sent from U-21 guys so I am going with an Inside Focused SF. Ill work on his Outside Skills first and Ill come back and give you an update after this season.

Keep him and train him. You'll have fun with that guy but if you sell him he won't make you rich because of his potential.

If he had HOF+ potential, I'd probably recommend selling him.

This must be your franchise player, commit all your training to him. Make sure you train many skills( All the guard skills and the big skills other than SB), he can be a perfect well rounded played who can lead you to many championships if you develop him correctly. A versatile SF is hard to stop in this game(or in real life for that matter).

Its a SF not a center. Let SB pop with ID training.

I understand what you mean but there isn't time to train every skill. Something has to be left out, and if it were me that would be SB.
And centers don't need JR...
