I think you have some good trainees. Three point guards to train up is fine. However, they will be capped at some point. I am guessing at age 23 or so. I would look at the draft and hope to get some more talent to build around after that.

Fredas Pumpalavicius seems to expensive for my tastes. If you sell him you might be able to get a better expansion in place. You may want to consider doing that while keeping in mind to make sure you stay out of relagation zone.

Beyond that I wouldn't worry about the age of your players. Unless you are into the whole cycling out routine.

To me I just like buying USA players because they help earn more money via merchandise. You may want to look at doing the same.

I am a season behind you, but I know I cannot win my div4 this year. So I am building up for a championship next season. You may want to do the same while staying in Div 3. I would consider staying there for two seasons before attempting to make it to Div2. This is probably an ideal time to look at expanding while just trying to earn 5th place.

I think I am going to fight for 4/5 position, then sell all of my players at the deadline. Replace them at league minimum and add two possibly three trainees but probably 2. Basically what I think I am going to look for is my future back-ups. This is going to suck being regulated next season but only like previous attempts I have an arena that can support a pretty good income.

Just a quick update, I think I am still going to follow that strategy, although while trying to maybe stay in D.III because I am cranking out 200k+ per week on the arena. Although I don't have much of a future with this current team, I feel way better about it because I have a nice financial background in the arena.
