You don’t have to listen to every manager, but every manager has a right to speak their mind.

@JK - It's ironic you'd be presenting this considering the Discord operates nothing like that.

@Thread - One of the major problem with the national teams in my opinion was that our rosters were leaked for both teams. Following a cataclysmic event of B3 fanboying (arguably treason) our DB ended up in the hands of what was to become a disgruntled foreign coach running our NT. He fell out with the chatterbox and ran for another major NT program the following season.

@Candidates - With the advent of the Youth Trainer skill point targets will increase. How do you approach standardizing the addition of the secondary staff? The cost can be signficant, especially to the lower division managers. The benefits are also not well known as the data appears to still be accumulating.

The Youth Trainer is a game changer, and as you said we're still figuring out the full extent of those changes. There are rumors of Chinese players have 18-20s on their bigs to start the season. In terms of standardizing having a YT, I think that would be hard to do simply due to cost, especially in lower divisions, much in the same way regular trainer levels aren't really dictated besides Advanced(lvl 4) being the minimum that can typically get a guy on the team. It is advantageous for both the U21 and the manager to use a YT for quicker skill development just like it is better for getting pops by having a higher level trainer.

One of the new staff members that should be standardized and I believe it has been for a number of players is the Sports Psychologist. With our bad luck for Game Shape and just how fickle the coding seems to be, we need to take every advantage to maximize GS on a weekly basis and that's what this staff member does. To me, having a Sports Psychologist or not could be the difference between two similar players making the team, with all else between their managers being equal.

I once had a team with 1757 players and was $25,835,360 in debt. This is not that team. Join the Discord group open to anyone, but especially for USA managers to improve your club or get involved with the U21 and NT programs (https://discord.gg/cKpNkt2).

Question to candidates:

What is your take on training U21 players that have HOF potential compared to Superstar potential? Do you have the players train the same or do you force more primary training on the superstar guy to benefit the U21 team more?

A lot of U21 teams have donkey bigs with high primaries and 1’s everywhere else. How do you feel about this? How might you exploit that?

What is your take on outside offenses? What skills do you look at for outside offenses compared to inside offenses? What would be your ideal outside offense lineup?

In your own opinion, how do you think the Game Engine works in regards to tactics? Specifically, I want to hear how you think a LI works compared to a RnG? For example, does the GE value passing as much as DR? Is JR useful in LI? Does IS matter in a RnG? What do you think?

While khenry may have the qualifications , there is something that can’t be overlooked. As a moderator on discord and a u21 scout he had certain responsibilities. Out of nowhere he went ghost and abandoned both positions without so much as a word. I understand that real life can get in the way but the common courtesy would have been to notify instead of disappearing and letting his responsibilities fall onto everyone else. People were depending on him in the USA community in both regards. As a moderator, helping guide the community and as a scout helping out managers of certain players (reaching out to them in the beginning and disappeaering during the process does not fulfill that).

Whose to say that if something pops up in real life for him (expected or unexpected) he doesn’t just abandon ship and leave the U21 dead in the water.

Just my two cents I really think either Antwon or Orko would be great managers

My question for orko: if you are elected will you use discord more often to communicate with everyone or some other medium?
