I care about the u21 itself in truth, but i don't care about my reputation as a former manager or how it impacts future managers or past/present managers.
Whether you think my methods or my thinking is right or wrong, you still have to go and think about this argument that it's offsite versus onsite mentality and think.... What do Spain and France do? Do they post things on the forums and have no offsite at all? whether you agree with my argument or not, the whole "we have a cabal and they don't" isn't really true, and hasn't been.
The reality is you will have a percentage that use that argument as a reason not to develop players. Furthermore, you will lose several prime talents to inactivity, which is something that happens. My role in u21 going forward might not be much as my finances are in good enough shape to go ahead and work at promoting my team at this point, but consider what I've said as if you win the election you'll have to look at the same issues i dealt with several seasons ago and jk dealt with more recently.
