I'm tipping Warriors in 6. I think Portland can give them trouble but I just can't picture the Warriors losing before the conference final. Maybe next year is Portland's year though, their entire squad is in the correct side of 30 years old and even if they lack the salary cap to do something in free agency, this team should only get better with another year of playing together.

If there's going to be an upset, I think it's going to be Indiana downing the Cavs. I know that Lebron-led teams often tank the regular season to lull the East into a false sense of hope, but even by Lebron's standards this has been a shit show for Cleveland since the all-star break. In fact, my 'long-shot' prediction for the whole play-offs is that we're going to see a Boston-Houston finals.

Yes, I'm getting on the seven seconds or less three-ball chucking hype train, CHOO CHOO!

Man I can't believe the Pacers ended up being shit. At least the Boston-Houston call is hanging in there (though Boston made me sweat it).

If there was ever a time where the door was open to commit regicide in the East, it's now. With a bit more luck and a bit less choking the Pacers could've easily gone 2-2 instead of 4-0, so if the Raptors can handle the pressure better they got this.

FFS Raptors you were the chosen ones! You were supposed to hinder the Cavs not help them with another 4-0 sweep!

Lowry opted out of final year and will bring his talents else where. Hes not getting any younger and is looking for that last big payday.

No one must rate Tony Parker's chances of coming back from injury, keep hearing rumors of Spurs looking to chase an elite PG such as Chris Paul or Lowry.

Have you watched the Raptors play playoff games before? Their offence is not built for it.

I would also quote the bit about the win rate dropping a little but I can't be bothered.

At any rate, I can only hope that DD is gone. I actually like Lowry but he'll be too old for rebuild (whether it's a short or long one), hopefully a sign and trade can be worked out. I would also hope for Casey to be gone but maybe he'll be good for a developing team rather than a "contender". I like our GM and think he can work miracles, so I'm curious about next season or two. Only hope is either DD learns to shoot 3s or he gets traded (both of which are unlikely, I admit).

I _will_ say, I was pleasantly surprised by the raptors beating the bucks. Yes, the bucks aren't great, but their long, switching defence is the type of thing that suffocates the raps (in particular DD not being able to find "space" in the mid range). I also thought they would take a game, maybe two, from the cavs.

I have read the speculation about the spurs but I would think that Chris Paul would be too expensive (and not have the personality) for them. KL may do a gigantic discount to play for a ring, but again I would think the personality wouldn't fit - he clashes a lot. However, Spurs might gamble if they don't see themselves as having the internal talent.

Do you see Patty Mills as starter material? Whether it be for Spurs or someone else? Had a good game today
