I put that 3 stars or less players right down at the bottom.

1. 5 Star players who are 18yo
2. 5 Star players with no other data
3. 4 Star players who are 18yo
4. 5 Star players who are 19yo

And all that players should have at least 3 pot-balls. If not, they're get banned to the bottom of my draft order.

Look onto your manage my team site and click on set draft order in the dropdown menu.

Your language setting is German: so try "Vereinsübersicht -> Dropdownmenü- Draft-Liste editieren"
