No one knows better, trainer is based on level correct. showme trainer that in the top league boosts a week. Again I gave hard numbers not just lip. its 150-250 a week.. In the higher league I have seen 300 a week for the same level trainer.Untill you show me some facts not us tlip to dispute this it will stand.

if your calling it bug then a lot of team up there need to report it.. the rest of what your talking I don't care? your opinion is just that, an opinion.

The first two responses explained exactly how trainer salary goes up. It's a percentage of the trainer's current salary and that percentage is based on the level of the trainer. It has nothing to do with the level of the league.

Since you clearly do not know what you are talking about and can't provide any evidence to support it, how about you quit giving out complete nonsense and trying to claim it is "advice"?

actually it very true. it works on levels. the better the player the higher the trainer will cost in duration of pay out put 150-250 a week. I have seen 300 in a week but never in the lower league for the same trainer.

again until you an prove it false.. don't say it false.

Hard numbers that are wrong might as well be a freshly-dropped turd.

It's been conclusively proven that you're wrong. The staff salary formula is already well known - it starts at 1% for minimal staff (which is why they go from 2000 to 2020 the next week) and then increases by a quarter percent per level (so level 2 = 1.25%, level 3 = 1.5%, etc). If you want to know what a staff member's salary will be in X weeks, it's as simple as:
staff salary * (1.01 + (0.0025 * (skill level - 1))) ^ X

Except that I don't know if they truncate decimals so over time there may be a discrepancy of a few dollars over larger time periods depending on that.

Did you read the part where i said ?...I said 150-250$ a week and in some top league 300 a week for same exact trainer in level, that called hard numbers. You until you show me other wise. Its stand on trainers. just getting more expensive for the same level not better.

I don't know? ok you tell me. I don't want to hear the shopping around excuse and wait till the midnight hour and bid versus someone.

Stuff like this should be automatic buy not a bid war. A basic trainer or level 2-3 should never be 250k$+ or more to buy sign or for a team.

Agian prove it wrong beyond words. low level trainer price are the same as top level buying and bidding and getting more expensive some jumping 300$ a week in the top level.

Your "example" does not prove your point at all.
The increase in the cost of a trainer from week to week is dependent upon what his current salary is and his skill level. The level of the league is irrelevant. So yes, two trainers of the same skill will have different increases in their salary each week, but that is simply because they have different salaries to start with. As a trainer's salary gets higher, the dollar amount increase each week will also get higher, but the percentage increase is staying the same. That's pretty simply math. All your "hard numbers" show is that the trainer in the top league has a higher salary than the trainer in the lower league.
The point of staff having increasing salaries without increasing skills is to require good managers to actually manage their team and replace their staff from time to time. Determining when you need to get a new staff member to reduce the weekly wage cost and how much you should bid to do that is part of managing your team.

Well Glass has no idea what he is talking about ,everyone knows that.
And it's very hard to prove that he is wrong,I was playing 1 season ago in Holland in league DBA PRO,and thats the top league in my country. At the start off that season I have bought a level 6 trainer with 24k salary,
and at that time I payed every week + $350 extra and slowly every week a little bit more,I got demoted to Div.2,and right now his salary is 31k,and I have to pay every week almost $700 more at this time.
I think we should drop this ,and move on to something else instead, this is really a waste of time:)
