Yeah I was out in Arizona and Las Vegas last week(end). It was awful heat!

Interesting. We are having a very cool summer in Indiana. It is 70 right now (3:30 in the afternoon). Last summer was super hot for our area with 20-30 days over 90 degrees.

We're finally having a cool (33 degrees this morning), and wet spring/summer up here in the U.P. of Michigan. After enduring a neverending winter. It did get up to 89 later today. Totally different than the last two years when we had short winters and hot and dry summers.

Joe D, where are you in the UP, I'm down in Grand Rapids. After the ugly first half that was just played, the Kelt's are starting to resemble what the 2013 Celtic's are going to look like. No offense to the Riverdogs, but that was Ugly.

True... It was 119 degrees the other day here where I live in Arizona.


On Saturday when it was 120, my buddy I did the 5 mil trail in the Phoenix Mountain Preserves...We are doing Squaw Peak this Friday :-)

Irresponsible, sir. How would your buddies down at Genghis Grill feel about these types of jogs? Also, can I have Foote if you die from heat-related aftereffects?

LOL, gotta keep going and take advantage of this heat to melt off the last of the weight i want to lose :-) i want to get it over with!
