Youre planning for HCA, while I am selling my top player and trying to just finish 5th or better :P I want to make a run at Naismith, but so many good teams in this league plus I did a real poor job of planning for division II means I will have to patch up a few mistakes and wait a few seasons, oh well took me 5 or 6 seasons to promote from div III :P

I forgot to set my lineup for my cup game this past Thursday and as a result got a terrible GS update with everyone getting bad minutes. Not only that, I just sold one of my 3 good guards (for less than he's worth).

Was a terrible time for all this to happen with my 2 most important games of the season (after you just bought that 100k guard for me) in the same week..so I decided to Norm as I sort of expected a CT but got the wrong end of the RNG. Them's the breaks.

Yeah, I'm probably going to stick down here for another season. No point in going up just to be demoted again. BB domination will have to wait a few months...

not set in stone yet, but yeah leaning towards it. don't want to get any hopes up in case i change my mind though..

I'm not thinking about promotion this year. I'm more building for a run next or the following year. I almost went bankrupt in div 3 last year. My salaries were too high for the league. So I'm hoping to bank some cash. And improve my depth while I'm doing that.

I also have a few players that I need to round out their secondary skills a little better. I just want a deep play off run for the extra cash. Debating on weather to basically forfit my next game and hope to go deeper in the tournament as well for the extra cash.

With all this planning and forethought you guys are doing - the competition is really getting (got) tough - this is the real difference between Div III and Div II. Just reading what you guys are doing is sobering, I really have to rethink my planning and adapt accordingly, if I want to even dream about moving up. Thanks for the lesson, now I have to pay the tuition

u can do well in div2 pretty easily... but it takes some planning in order to win and advance from div2

Well you gotta put a little thought into it. Last year I really suffered cause I had to sell my level 6 trainer cause he was costing me too much weekly and I was losing so much I almost went bankrupt. So this year I had to buy an appropriate trainer again.

Get back into the black. And try to make a little cash. Now after going CT last game I have to build up some enthusiasm again.
