Couldn't care less about the u21 anymore or the u21 coaches past or present. the attitudes of people like you are why spain and france win time after time and the US will not win in most seasons, regardless of development strategies. If you don't like that there is one efficient way to train and math has proven otherwise, best look for a different game altogether, because math says it's true. The talk is nice but not worth much given it didn't work then and it won't work now. If you want to run for it and try you can, will not win gold.

There is a difference between being stupid, and being stubborn or self-centered, which is more of the accusation i have made in here. I'm guilty of it to, although this account has done nothing but develop u21 players since i returned so meh, i guess you win that argument since that is all you care about. Feel free to ask some NBBA or upper end D.II managers how they made it there, i don't think that many made it there without loading up at least a few million.

I care about the u21 itself in truth, but i don't care about my reputation as a former manager or how it impacts future managers or past/present managers.

Whether you think my methods or my thinking is right or wrong, you still have to go and think about this argument that it's offsite versus onsite mentality and think.... What do Spain and France do? Do they post things on the forums and have no offsite at all? whether you agree with my argument or not, the whole "we have a cabal and they don't" isn't really true, and hasn't been.

The reality is you will have a percentage that use that argument as a reason not to develop players. Furthermore, you will lose several prime talents to inactivity, which is something that happens. My role in u21 going forward might not be much as my finances are in good enough shape to go ahead and work at promoting my team at this point, but consider what I've said as if you win the election you'll have to look at the same issues i dealt with several seasons ago and jk dealt with more recently.

3 things we can count on every election season:

1. Wardo making unintelligible comments.
2. Coachlambini running (and losing).
3. RandyMoss complaining. I'm still trying - 4 seasons in - to figure out what he's upset about it.

As for the election:

Teemo, I made a French friend last fall. He introduced me to fine wine and Camembert cheese. I'm more inclined to vote for a Frenchman than ever before. Tell me the greatest unique, statistical insight you've had in the world of BB and you have my vote. If you can also give me a few French phrases that I can use to insult my new French friend, I'd greatly appreciate it.
