Maybe send mail to the owners of the teams those players are in and tell them how to train them appropriately.
This is already done by the NT/U21 Coach, you'd be surprised at the number of managers new or old who a) Never respond b)Think they already know the best way to train their player (Yes some older managers do know how they want to develop them best for their team however there is a large amount of new managers that have no clue ruin the player and then are gone from BB 3-4 Months down the road).
