So - basically - in OD training

1 position training = 2 players with 3 pops each in 6 weeks.
3 position training = 6 players with 1 pop each in 6 weeks.

This would be in perfect conditions for 18yr olds - so, I am basically, fu--dged.... since my players are actually 24... hmmm... I will have to see what to do what to do...

Anyway - in theory, there is a guide that says that the difference could be one or two weeks max...

I had fair results with 2 position training. changing from guards one week to power forwards/centers the next. This year I drafted a high potential Small Forward and after my cup season will each week make sure he gets his 48 minutes of game time in the position I am training that week.
