HE meant players switching teams quite often - as that is "turnover" too.

look at usagi post, i don't know the word turnover with ab transfer - and i also have problem to imagine that because normally the hof was sold shortly after the draft and they got trained for a longer period of time.
The player with the most games, isin my eyes the player with the coach who donn't after the gameshape and maybe wasted training ;)

turnover = a player losing the ball
By the way, the hall of famers talked about here aren't players with "Potential: hall of famer". They're talking about players placed in each team's hall of fame, and how many games the played for their teams.
