It is not easy to train a top player. It requires at least 9-10 seasons. And these managers need some periodical rewards, first watching their players having great victories in the U21. Later playing in the NT. In B3, we are checking that experience is really important in the big matches, and U21 and NT games provide a lot of experience.

(45642157) was the highest scorer in the U21 spanish team last season. He obtained a lot experience that, I hope that, might be important later. And the NT staff considers that he has some chances to play in several seasons with the NT. This is not new, some of the players that won the WC this season, as Olaso, Salvany, Manzano, Riveros Martín were really important previously with the U21 team.
