My fellow BB peers,

I am General Manager Nick, a current staff member of the USA U21 team. I have been an active member of the USA community since my beginning in season 23. I once ran for this position 12 seasons ago in s30. I was runner up to Phyr at the time, and I discovered I still had a lot to learn about training, the U21 program, and tactics. 12 seasons later, after studying under the likes of Phyr, Tough, Furyyak, and now JKalltheway, I feel confident that I am knowledgeable enough to run the team and help bring the USA back to its rightful place, at the top of the World! I have built up a mutual trust with fellow USA managers, including most of the U21 staff, and I can promise a smooth transition despite the change of leadership.

Throughout my tenure as a manager I have trained multiple U21 players, including Brett Bowers (http://www.buzzerbeater.com/player/35115178/overview.aspx), who played starting PG on an NBBA team last season. Additionally, I have served as a scout for many seasons. I know what it takes to train a player, and I also know what it takes to offer advice, and what type advice a player needs to hear. Knowing both sides will help me be a manager of the people. I will welcome all bb-mails, no matter how often, no matter what hour, and I will promise to respond to every bb-mail I receive within 24 hours of receiving it. I will answer, whether it is for training advice, team advice, or anything BB related. I want to be a manager that everyone will feel comfortable contacting. Through this deeper connection, the U21 program will only grow, until we again reach the top, where we belong.

If elected to the position, I will stay up late, I will wake up early, and I will put my heart and soul into this team. I have only the utmost respect for foreign managers. They have demonstrated again and again that they know the game. However, as a USA manager, I will not have to wake up at weird times, or set alarms at the wrong hour. It will be a completely normal time for me, with minimal chance of a forgotten lineup. Vote for the home team, and you'll be part of the solution.

I encourage you all to vote for Nick. Vote for the experienced, vote for the the peoples manager, vote for the hard worker. Thank you for your time, and I leave you with this: I will not rest until we as a nation, MAKE AMERICA GREAT AGAIN!

(P.S. I neither support nor oppose Donald trump... but its a good slogan)

Hi folks, you probably don't know me but I am entering the U21 discussion.

I like many others think it's dumb that the same group of people run the team over and over, season after season. A new face but the same group of guys and even worse the same result. That result being, no gold. That is unacceptable. In fact, looking at the championship match this past season there's no way our roster should have lost but with poor gameplanning and tactics we got destroyed and took silver.

I don't know if I have a shot, heck.. I really don't know if I will even get a vote. But those of you who do see this and this message hits home I hope I can get your support. Let's do away with the "single party" system where these guys just choose one of there buddies to be the next coach to ultimately fall short.

America needs a change and the change starts here!!

And once again I throw my hat into what is a rather crowded ring.

First thinks first, a Lambini administration will feature much better music. Nothing against my opponents infatuation with that Europop star that I have never actually heard of until now, shes hawt, the music is catchy, but I prefer women of song with a bit more depth and feeling. Give me some Joni Mitchell, Dusty Springfield, Patsy Cline, Ella Fitzgerald or if you want to go modern Neko Case, Adele, Beyonce, Lauren Hill and Rumer (especially rumer).

But lets get down to brass tacks gentleman, why vote for the outsider? Well for one thing of the candidates I have the best resume, at least far as domestic candidates are concerned. Soluid position and place, long term and stable in performance. Sure the foreign dude has the most impressive pedigree but do we really want to outsource both sides on the NT affair? It has worked out OK for the senior team thus far, but just how open are the lines of communication? We have one of the largest player pools in the game, certainally we should be able to have a player from in country to lead the charge.

U21 talent seems to be pretty much in line with the talent seen night in night out in D.III, this is the level of talent I am used to working with, and gameplanning against. I have survived and modestly thrived for many seasons at the d3 level often with talent that is slighter than many opponents. If given the keys to the kingdom and access to the talent available I will put together a team of depth and variety that will make us a very tough outfit to figure out.

To those who scout and help to mentor and develop new talent in the pipeline your import will be vital in my campaign. I am of the mindset that you find good people to do the work, and you let them do their job. And for those who have avoided being part of the process because of the perceptions of how you think things are run you too are welcome in, I want to see us become a nation known in true American tradition as a place of innovation. Greatness has been defined in history as those who look at the way things are and who say, there must be a better way.

One other aspect of a Lambini regime would be a added emphasis on the promotion of the product. Not just for increasing the interest of those who are already here, but for getting the word out in general about the beauty of our silly little game. Buzzerbeater is a unique experience, and ours is a unique community, a lambini administration will seek to accentuate those ideals to a broader audience.

In conclusion I will not be the guy who works harder, I will be the guy who will find a way for us all to work smarter. I will not be the guy who tries to shoulder the whole load, I will be the guy who delegates and seeks council so that we ALL can come up with a way to avoid calamities like the most recent effort (inexcusable in my opinion) I hoppe that I earn your vote, Praise Bob.
