PostScript: A nice throttling to start. I did not expect any issues and there were none in a 115-73 rout. But there is a cause for concern and that is that only seven players are on the roster, that's not seven dressed but seven PERIOD. If I am not mistaken adding/dropping players on the NT affects morale/enthusiasm so I want some feedback from THE MAN on his thought process. I personally think a solid 8-9 man rotation will be key though there is never a reason to not dress a complete squad. I know NT games like PL and B3 are same in/same out propositions where future GS and injuries are non factors so why sell short? In the very least dress at least 10 so there is a two deep, if for no other reason than it avoids any issues with foul problems. Tonight one guy got five fouls, four of them in the first half. What if he had gotten eliminated from the equation, what if the foul problems had be epidemic and two guys were out, and what if a third went down, by God your looking at Lucky Fan getting a national cap. And the only other issue was FT shooting was shaky (10-19) but hey we did go TIE i take it, so not a big concern. Just remember that's cone wind Sprint for each missed. Now two weeks before the next step against Puerto Rico. It should be interesting to see whom gets called up.

You mentioned yourself the reason to run 7: dropping players will drop the team enthusiasm. Until the manager knows which players will hold game shape and feels out the reliability of player owners there is no need to run more players than needed, as each player chosen will have to remain on the roster all season even if unusable by injury or poor GS.

Less than 7 would be a little risky, but 7 players vs Jamaica and you have a win even if two players had fouled out. Sahand is spot on here.

What is the roster size limit on NT? Is it 12? Or can extra reserves be stockpiled?

Yeah Bob broke it down succinctly, even though I have piddled around here for years I am unfamiliar with the methods behind the madness. So in retrospect whatever criticism leveled for the thin roster was in error. I take it your plan is to slowly draw the call-ups and to build for giving us the best chance once the 2nd phase of the competition begins.
