Minutes played is definitely a factor. I don't know if 48 minutes in one game is the same experience wise as 36 minutes in one and 12 in another. Its conceivable thats its not a linear equation, but since its a small difference I think its safe to go with minutes total being the main contributor.

Also I'm sure Manon's figure must be close.

I think some draftees may start with a small amount of experience. Which of course would be hidden.

I hope I'm not insulting your intelligence, if I am, I apologise, but are you looking at all minutes in all games? That does seem a large difference.

Also if one started as a 19yo rookie, I'm fairly certain they have similar experience to a 19yo who was drafted at 18.

Logically you would expect Troutman to pop first, as you say he's played more minutes. Except for the possibility of Craig getting a head start I'm at a bit of a loss.
